		<description>This sounds like a good idea and could work in a company where the people are committed to teamwork, are intelligent, secure and open to feedback. Not all companies are like that today, especially in this environment of rapid turnover, downsizing, etc. Once things stabilize, it could work well in the right culture.</description>
